A surprising cocktail. In the pursuit of ever shorter supply chains, sharing and exchange, local producers and their specialities take pride of place. You'll be offered the precious catch of the boat that lands on the beach of the estate, the best local meats, alongside those from further afield, and exceptional dishes decorated with floral and vegetable garnishes, as well as citrus fruits grown on site.
